This policy covers keithchristy.com. The site is run by Keith Christy at NCS Pays LLC (“NCS Pays,” “we”). It explains what we collect, why we collect it and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you call, text or email Keith, we keep a record of the conversation, including your name, contact details and anything you tell us, so we can follow up.

Call bookings. If you book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you type in the notes box.

Merchant applications. If you apply for a merchant account, we collect the business and owner information needed to open an account, including your EIN, date of birth, Social Security number and bank details.

Site usage. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and follow up on calls you request.
• To review and set up merchant accounts you apply for.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers. We use trusted service providers that host this site and our application system, store data and handle scheduling. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

Payment partners, only if you apply. If you apply for an account, your application goes to the payment processing partners needed to review and set it up.

When the law requires it. We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How we protect it

The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to application information is limited to the people who process applications.

Texts and calls

If you give us your mobile number, Keith may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting you.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it to respond to you, service your account and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
